Taking a break from taking a break, again, I couldn’t resist commenting on “For Some With Autism, Jobs to Match Their Talents” in The New York Times Opinionator Blog this past week.

This column is an inspiration and model for families. Hopefully those with similar resources are moving to harness the abilities of special needs adults as this father had the foresight and talent to do both for his child and others. Worth sharing this article. It is all about vision, thinking out of the box, finding folks with similar passion, and access to people with resources and skills to empower a project or program.
